Enclosed please find correspondence from Towne Development regazding covenants 2, 3
and 4 which were deleted from the dedication deed. As you can see from the summaries, they
involved matters which would have had no effect on the roadway lots and thus the reservations
which appeazed in the "subject to" provision were deleted from the revised dedication deed
forwazded with Resolution 34-99, Draft 2.
