We've had nothing but well-meaning false starts to solving our clear and present
problem in the last ten years. While we at least know incineration works, unlike past

thesis. But we continue to say, we must do "this" "now" or we have missed our

I'm asking you to step back and look at our REAL opportunities, rather than just
