Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Hawaii Police
Department to provide a grant to Three Ring Ranch, Inc., for trimming and removal of trees at
the exotic animal sanctuary.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,000 from Clerk- Council Services -
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
