Aloha County Council,
I Oppose Bill 302. 1 am a smoker, but see the positive influence of these devices. I have a hard time
seeing how you are attempting to equate these with cigarettes. In my opinion you have neither the
knowledge, nor the experience, to make a decision that will adversely affect so many people. These
devices should be heralded not demonized. Think long and hard before you make a decision that will be
harmful to public health. That is unless you believe smokers are less of a person than non-smokers. This
is a bad bill, do the right thing and vote NO!
