No. 1027/ Bill No. 282 <br />PLACE: Council Chambers <br />Kona, Hawai `i <br />TIME: 10:43 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Bill No. 282, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 282, transmitted by Mayor William P.
