3) Consideration of Resolution No. 02-292, submitted by City and County of
Honolulu Councilmember Romy M. Cachola, relating to Supporting a Policy
Under Which All Counties Share in the Cost of a Lawsuit Brought by a
County Against the State or Other Governmental Entity that may Benefit All
Counties.
