Mr. William E. Cowell of Council District 7, a lifelong resident of Hawai‘i, is
a self-employed Excavation Contractor with West Hawai‘i Excavation as well

America, pursuant to HRS 46-7, for a Rural Fire Assistance Grant. {This grant will be

the occurrence and intensity of wildland fires with the urban interface.}
