Balog of Council District 1 to the County of Hawai'i Water Board. Mr. Balog is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. He presently is a department manager at Edwin DeLuz Trucking & Gravel LLC. Mr. Balog is a member of the Hawai'i County 4-H, and volunteers with the Waimea Christmas and Kamehameha Day Parades. He states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
