SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 71 -15, Draft 2; Resolution Nominating a
Representative to Serve as a Director on the Western Interstate Region
Board of Directors.
Please find attached Resolution No. 71 -15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 71 -15 was verbally amended
by the Council to correct typographical errors to Council Member Paleka's name and also to
correct the spelling of the word "representative" in the fourth Whereas clause. As the
amendments were non - substantive, the Council adopted Resolution No. 71 -15, Draft 2.
