RE: Attached Resolution
We would appreciate your review and approval of our request to transfer $3,000 from the
Council Services Computer Account #010-101-5101.06-454 and crediting the same to the
Council Services Building Materials Account #010-101-5101.02-229.
This transfer will enable us to purchase building materials in order for the carpenter shop to build
office furniture to accommodate the components of the new computer system (i.e. scanning
stations, printer and workstations) in the Council Services Section.
