No. 110/Res. 72-15 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> West Hawai`i Civic Center <br /> TIME: 11:22 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 <br /> Your Committee on Environmental Management, to which was referred Resolution No. 72-15, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 72-15, transmitted by Council Chair Dru Mamo Kanuha, via Communication No. <br /> 110 dated February 17, 2015, making a determination to proceed to create and define a sewer <br /> system improvement district (SID) for the Lono Kona Subdivision. <br /> Provides for the development of this SID, as initiated by Resolution No. 112-11, Draft 2, and as <br /> described in the amended Director's Report adopted per Resolution No. 519-14.
