Your Committee on Environmental Management, to which was referred Resolution No. 72-15,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 72-15, transmitted by Council Chair Dru Mamo Kanuha, via Communication No.
110 dated February 17, 2015, making a determination to proceed to create and define a sewer
system improvement district (SID) for the Lono Kona Subdivision.
Provides for the development of this SID, as initiated by Resolution No. 112-11, Draft 2, and as
described in the amended Director's Report adopted per Resolution No. 519-14. Includes the
Revised Asessment Roll, attached as Exhibit A.
Council Chair Kanuha spoke briefly in support of this measure.
Your Committee on Environmental Management is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 72-15, and recommends its adoption.
