SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 50-15, Draft 2; Relating to the Rules of
Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of Hawaii
Attached is Resolution No. 50-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 50-15 was amended by the contents
of Communication No. 79.1 (as verbally amended), as duly approved by the Council on
February 18, 2015.
Prior to adopting the amendments, the Council verbally amended the contents of Communication
No. 79.1 to add the word "Chairperson" after each instance of "Council" in item 12(c) of Exhibit A.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24) requiring holdover of substantively amended
legislation and adopted Resolution No. 50-15, as amended to Draft 2.
