Giffin to the County of Hawaii Liquor <br />Control Adjudication Board. Ms. Giffin is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. She retired in <br />1995, after an extensive career as an educator with the Department of Education and <br />the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. <br />Ms. Giffin is a former member of the Board of Appeals and the Leeward Planning <br />Commission. She states that she is a Democrat.
