RESOLUTION NO. 100 15
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO REPAIR THE AIR CONDITIONER AT THE
NORTH KOHALA SENIOR CENTER.
WHEREAS, the North Kohala senior program provides an array of services, including
educational and recreational activities promoting health, dignity, and self -enrichment; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation needs funds to repair the air
conditioner at the North Kohala Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to repair the air conditioner at the North Kohala Senior
Center; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance, and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
