COUNTY OF HAWAII.,,` STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15 22 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24- <br />275.1, SCHEDULE 23.1 OF THE HAWAPI COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS <br />AMENDED), RELATING TO NEW PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STAND LOCATION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. This amendment is being proposed as part of a request by the I lawai•i <br />Police Department to provide taxi parking in this area of Kona. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275.1, schedule 23.1. <br />Public road taxi stand locations, paragraph (f) Kona, is amended by adding new item and <br />renumbering as required: <br />"( ) Alii Drive. east (Mauka) side, in the curb cut-out fronting parcels 7-5-009:028 <br />and 7-5-009:043. from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a m each day." <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br />and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. <br />Hilo .
