Comm. No. 139, submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi dated February 11, 2015, nominates
Donn K. dela Cruz to the Windward Planning Commission for a term to expire on December 31, 2019.
Mr. dela Cruz replaces Stephen Ono, whose term expired on December 31, 2014.
Mr. dela Cruz was informed that he is not required to be present for Council confirmation.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Comm. No. 139 and
recommends approval.
