Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Comm. No. 146, reports as follows:
Comm. No. 146, submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi dated February 11, 2015, nominates
Scott E. Church to the Leeward Planning Commission for the term expiring Dec. 31, 2019.
He is replacing Mr. Thomas Hickox, whose term expired on December 31, 2014.
Mr. Church was informed that he is not required to be present for Council confirmation.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Comm. No. 146 and
recommends approval.
