SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 94-15, Draft 2; Asolution Urging the
Hawaii Legislature to Pass House Bill No. 1267 Relating to Public Lands.
Attached is Resolution No. 94-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 94-15 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 148.1 and duly approved by the Council on
March 4, 2015.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e)) requiring holdover of substantively
amended legislation and adopted Resolution No. 94-15, as amended to Draft 2.
