SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 281, Draft 2; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER
25, ARTICLE 6, DIVISION 1 AND ARTICLE 5 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
Please find attached Bill No. 281, Draft 2. Bill 281 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 152 and duly approved by Council on March 4, 2015.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Bill No. 281, as amended to Draft 2, on second and final reading.
