Community -Based Organic Waste Compost Operations.
Attached is Resolution No. 84-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 84-15 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 127. 1, as duly approved by the Environmental Management Committee on
March 3, 2015.
Subsequent to amendment, the Committee postponed Resolution No. 84-15, Draft 2, to the
March 31, 2015, meeting of the Committee.
Please place the attached resolution on the March 31, 2015 Environmental Management
Committee agenda.
