Attached is Resolution No. 87-15, Draft 2. Resolution No. 87-15 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 130.1, as duly approved by the Environmental Management Committee on
March 3, 2015.
Subsequent to amendment, the Committee postponed Resolution No. 87-15, Draft 2, to the
March 31, 2015, meeting of the Committee.
