My message to the Committee: Aloha Chair Wille and AWES Committee Members,
Mahalo for the opportunity!
I support Bill 318 protecting Hawaii's reef wildlife from harmful
aquarium trade starvation and insufficient water volume during
shipping.
I simply cannot understand why anyone would not support a minimum
amount of food and water to allow a fish to arrive for sale in a state
of health. "Phis should be a no-brainer for everyone. '..
