I support Bill 318 protecting Hawaii's reef wildlife fiom harmful
aquarium trade starvation and insufficient water volume during
shipping.
'.I laving grown up on the Big Island in the 1980's and diving my whole
life here, I can testify of the dramatic decline of tropical fish at
'.. areas where collectors operate.
