OPPOSE
Aloha,
I live in Kona and strongly oppose Bill 318.
It will severely hurt our island economy and cause undue hardship on local families, many of whom
have been in this industry for several decades.
It mandates holding & transport requirements that are not supported by science and run contrary to
national and international standards. Following the rules set forth in Bill 318 would significantly
increase injury and death to fish while in transport.
