Hearing for Bill 318 — Opposed — February 17, 2015
I am in opposition to Bill 318 because it promotes conditions detrimental to
fish health. The state of Hawaii threw out those same provisions in state bill
H0883. Why go against long established worldwide best practices.
Please do not pass this bill.
