Hearing for Bill 318— Opposed — February 17, 2015
I am in opposition to Bill 318 because it promotes conditions detrimental to fish health. The state of
Hawaii threw out those same provisions in state bill H8883. Why go against long established world
wide best practices.
Please do not pass this bill.
