My message to the Committee: Aloha Chair Wille and AWES Committee Members
Mahalo for the opportunity!
I support Bill 318 protecting Ilawan's reef wildlife from harmful
aquarium trade starvation and insufficient water volume during
shipping. These amount to animal cruelty.
I also think there should at least be a limit on the permits issued,
as well as a limit on number of fish being taken. However, I realize
the impossibility of controlling the latter. Therefore,
