Hearing for Bill 24 - OPPOSE - February 17, 2015
1 am in opposition to Bill 24 because it is an extreme attempt to overreach
authority by this county in matters where the state holds full jurisdiction.
The aquarium trade has flourished in Hawaii County for more than fourty years,
has been fully viable, sustainable, and is regarded worldwide in the pet trade
industry as employing the highest standards of practice.
This county needs to encourage small business, not kill it.
