My message to the Committee: Aloha Chair Wille and AWES Committee Members,
I support Bill 24 regulating business that capture and sell Ilawan's
reef wildlife to the mainland pct trade. The well-being of wildlife
should not be sacrificed for company profit, Please at a minimum pass
this bill although I support a Cull ban on this industry.
