My message to the Committee: LAloha Chair Wille and AWES Committee Members,
Whole for the opportunity!
I support Bill 24 regulating business that capture and sell Hawaii's
reef wildlife to the mainland pet trade. The well-being of wildli@
should not be sacrificed for company profit.
The unlimited harvesting ofthese fish is damaging the reefs and
eliminating the splendor viewing them in the wild. It is important to
us that some sort of regulation be inacted in order to protect the
future of the reef ecosystem.
Clearly there needs to be regulation to stop the destruction.
