Please support Resolution 22-14, to appeal Judge Kurren's decision to repeal our GMO ordinance 13-121. Since there is
no state law governing GMO's and since attempts to stop county ordinances regulating GMO's have failed, it is clear that
there is a solid basis for appeal. GMO are are bred to withstand huge amounts of pesticides. There is also a threat from
the spread of GMO's bred to create dangerous pharmaceuticals. The poisons drift in the wind the toxic residues remain
in the food. Please protect our health and support community farms not giant corporate agri-business which is solely
motivated to extract the largest profit regardless of the side- effects.
