A corporation is considered as one individual or one vote. These corporations are individuals and do not live
in or are registered in the voter base they did not vote for or against the issue ... they are just suing the
government which represents the people, the voters and continues to state that they are of the people, by the
people for the people. The people... majority of register voters, voters in residence of this aina have voted.
Additionally a Federal judge who is married to a person who has intimate financial relationship with the
corporations that are suing for overturn of a voter decision is not appropriate for a unbiased decision on any
level of the issue.
This situation therefore is illegal and unethical.

In addition you all know that Hawaii is not a state within the united states. You know and know that you know
that this is yet another commission of harassment and suppression; a war crime upon and within a Free
Sovereign Nation under illegal occupation by the united states. This is not only a test of your characters. It is a
test of your moral values. Consider the consequences.
