I am Michael Price, voter at 68-1794 Auhili Loop Waikoloa, HI 96738. Support Resolution 22-14 advise the
Corporation Counsel to Appeal U.S. Magistrate Kurren's Ruling on HI County Ordinance g13-121.
Currently the State of Hawaii has no Statue regulating GMO experimental operations and the resulting long
term environmental and public health damage resulting from such operations. HI. County has a fiduciary duty
to protect public health and the environment.
