Aloha Hawaii County Council Members,
I support Resolution 22-14 and strongly urge you to represent your constituents by supporting an appeal of
the judge's ruling invalidating our GMO bill.
The people voted in favor of the GMC) ban.
Mayor Kenoi approved it.
Now a Monsanto linked judge is invalidating it? This is outrageous!
This puts our community's health, safety and future at great risk and is a blow for democracy.
This is critical decision that will affect us for generations to come. Please do the right thing. Protect our land
and people.
