I believe that irreparable harm might be done by overturning the ban.
In order to prevent such harm it is only reasonable to leave the ban in place until the State can speak to the issue. The
unique separation of counties in this state allows for avoidance of any possible physical harm that could otherwise be
transmitted over otherwise imaginary lines. It is therefore only prudent to support the will if the local residents while
continuing to evaluate and debate the issue on the state wide basis.
