STOP GMO NOW
Aloha
I am Strongly Opposed to Monsanto and their GMO AGENDA, their efforts to take over
our food SOURCES. Not to mention large applications of pesticides.
It is UNHEALTHY.
I want to be able to CHOOSE what I eat. I thought I lived in a free country.
I want you to file for an appeal to a higher court.
The vast majority of both experimental and approved genetically engineered crops
are engineered in order to be resistant to and withstand large applications of
pesticides. We need to do what's best for protecting the future of Hawaii's
agriculture, natural resources and wildlife.
The reality is that no such state laws exist to protect Hawaii Island's biodiversity and
environment from the pesticide drift, genetic contamination and degradation of soil,
air, and water quality associated with GE crop operations.
