this is an appeal to the Hawai'i County Council to appeal the recent ruling invalidafing.the
county's GMO bill.
C,
a multi -pronged legal effort is happening on different islands at the same time concerning
GMOs.
this could mean that a synchronicity of legal findings could happen, each based on the
other.
our little islands could prove to the world that you CAN stand up and protect the local
public health, using the precautionary principle as your reason.
in fact, it is your duty to do so.
Hawaii has been in the vanguard of so many progressive movements.
we can do it again!
please vote YES tomorrow.
