Resolution 22-14 Advises the Corporation Counsel to appeal U.S. Magistrate Judge Barry Kurren's ruling
on Ordinance No. 13-121. The people have spoken, and have passed laws concerning GMOs. The court
should not thwart the will of the people in this regard.
