Subject: Resolution 30-151N FAVOR January 7,2015 Council Meeting
To the Chairman and all Council Members
Please pass Resolution 30-15 in its entirety
Especially Rule 14 Motions. Mandates that before any Council Member can cut off debate by calling for the question,
each Council Member has had the opportunity to speak at least once .
These additions and changes to the Council rules are imperative to pass as they open the door more fully to
TRANSPARENT LEGISLATION AND FREEDOM OF SPEACH.
We the public and all Council Members have the right to have our say on record at all Council Meetings regardless of the
subject matter at had and whether we are in support or oppose.
It is extremely important to every alert person of the ?County of Hawaii and all persons interested in these proceedings
to listen to each Council ember that wishes to speak at any and all given items.
