Aloha,
It has been brought to my attention that the County of Hawaii wants to appoint Earth justice
and Center for Food Safety to become a "Special Counsel" for them. I am concerned that their
biasses on matters, such as GMO products will adversely affect our democratic process. I
realize that food safety is an important matter, however, it is unrealistic.
Please put a lot of thought into this matter. we farmers are heavily regulated already.
This will only make it more difficult for those that are in Agriculture, and for those that
want to be in the future.
