please accept the assistance of-Earth Justice and the Center for Food Safety in the upcoming litigation about on
GMO ordinance.
Regardless of whether or not you support the GMO ban, it is very important to support the litigation, because it
comes down to an issue of home rule for our County government. It would be terrible to set a precedent that
strips our County Council of its power.
