Subject: Testimony in Support of Communication 9.1
Aloha Council Members,
I would like to express my full support communication 9.1. The County Council should accept Earthjustice and
the Center for Food Safcty donation of services to appeal the federal judges ruling striking down the county's
partial GMO ban.
I here is big and powerful money that is pushing Genetically Engineered foods on the general public when it is
obvious that we, as consumers, still have grave concerns about Genetically Engineered foods.
The county needs to embrace the strong and FREE legal council provided by Earthjusticc to ensure that the
people of Hawaii County have the best representation possible.
