ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 104-15: AUTHORIZES THE ABANDONMENT AND SALE OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL, TAX MAP KEY: 2-1-009:037 SITUATED AT WAIĀKEA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO, COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAI‘I, TO HŌKŪ KAI BIOFUELS, LLC The County of Hawai‘i owns the above remnant parcel, which encompasses approximately 733 square feet near the Hilo Wharf and contains a portion of the fuel pipeline, vault, and valve system, running from the State’s Department of Harbors to the State’s Department of Transportation. The parcel is a risk to the County should fuel from the pipeline, vault, or valve system leak. Authorizes the Finance Director to dispose of this parcel to Hōkū Kai Biofuels, LLC without recourse to public auction.
