To whom it my concern,
My name is B. Kamana'oOkalieo0kalani Casuga. I am
42yr old fisherman and will always be one. I'm also been
actively gathering aquarium f ish for the last 21yrs. This is
what I do f ul I time. It's my love and passion. I'm also a
resident of one of the most unique community on the Big
Island, Milolii. Many of my skills, came from experts
before me. Being educated and leaving room for
improvement lead to good practice and good results ....... We
are al I here f or a purpose! I have take the time to read b i 11
318, and I understand what it means. Stop/Ban the
practice of aquarium collecting. Why? Just because
another say's cause of morals. " I have morals". Why is
your morals better then mine! I'm really really good at
what I do and the people I work with. We truly care about
our product. In my words and my beliefs, they are my
kupuna's. They have taken care of me,my 0hana,our
community. I have learned a lot f rom them and hope to
continue to learn and teach these amazing practice's. So I
do not support bi 11 318, and ask for your educated
support. Please talk to the experts,the same way we would
take our kids to the doctors when they are sick. Mahalo.1
