Recommends confirmation of the appointment of Luana A. Neff to the
Environmental Management Commission:
Ayes: Committee Members David, Eoff, Ilagan, Kanuha, Paleka,
Poindexter, Wille, and Chair Onishi - 8.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Member Chung – 1.

Res. 73-15: URGES THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT FOR
ONE OR MORE CONTRACTS FOR ZERO WASTE EDUCATIONAL
PROGRAMS
Suggested contract would be for three years with the option of two one-year
extensions, to educate residents and businesses on how to sort trash and reduce
waste.
