1. Re-instates some funding for Rose House, which was unfunded in the99-00 Review Committee proposal.
2. Implements some funding for HI Island Veterans Memorial Inc., which was unfunded in the 99-00 budget.
3. Reanshates HCEOC funding of $165,000 to 98-99 level before implementing proposed cut.
4. Brought nearly all agences to 98-89 funding level before implementing a 4.5°,6 across the board cut.
5. Review Committee awarded increases over 98-99 budget for 14 agencies !decreases occurred with 7 agendes
6. Review Committee awarded funding for 4 agencies that were not funded in 98-99.
