Subject: SUPPORT RESO 59 - Authorize court action against PGV re'. night time drilling

Aloha Hawaii County Council Members,
I strongly support Resolution 59 to authorize taking PGV/Ormat to court if they refuse to comply with our
county's ban on nighttime drilling.
Puna Geothermal Venture is located in a residential area and is harming the health and well being of the
residents and environment.
PGV should not be there. They are, so please ensure this area gets some respite from geothermal drilling
pollution in the evenings.
Please increase monitoring and hold Ormat accountable.
Protect our land and people.
