Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 201, reports as
follows:
Communication No. 201, submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi dated March 10, 2015,
nominates Lily H.K.L. Dudoit to the Cultural Resources Commission.
Ms. Dudoit appeared before Your Committee via videoconference from the Kona Council
Office. Members spoke in support of the appointment.
Ms. Dudoit was informed that she is not required to be present for Council confirmation.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Communication
No. 201 and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Lily H.K.L. Dudoit to the Cultural
Resources Commission.
