ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 126-15: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF A MULTI-FISCAL YEAR AGREEMENT FOR FURNISHING ORGANIC WASTE DIVERSION OPERATIONS IN WEST HAWAI‘I AND EAST HAWAI‘I FOR THE DEPARMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a four-year contract, with the option of two one-year extensions, to provide organics diversion, treatment of mulch for invasive species, a compost demonstration project, and to expand organic diversion programs to a composting operation. Page 2 FC-6 March 31, 2015 Res. 127-15: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY IN WAIMEA Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement with Starr Equities, Inc., for 600 square feet of additional office space adjacent to space currently occupied by the Prosecuting Attorney’s office located at 64-1067 Māmalahoa Highway, Waimea. The initial cost would be $900 per month, with annual increases to a maximum of $948 per month. Page 3 FC-6 March 31, 2015 Res. 129-15: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR ONE COPIER FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement for a copier at an approximate cost of $2,500 per year. BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 35: ADOPTS A PAY PLAN FOR PERSONS EMPLOYED BY THE COUNTY OTHER THAN THOSE WHOSE PAY IS OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, DESIGNATES PAYROLL PERIODS, PAY DAYS, PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT TO OFFICIAL FIDELITY BONDS, AND REPEALS ORDINANCE NO. 14-84 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, SAID ORDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF 2015 Incorporates the scheduled increase to minimum wage effective January 1, 2016, into the proposed Salary Ordinance of 2015.
